This exceptional tea – the pinnacle of Matcha as we like to call it – is cultivated by award winning farmer Kiyoharu Tsuji. The matcha delivers a rich, velvety, sweet, and creamy experience with very subtle bitterness. This is the perfect opportunity to indulge in the kind of matcha that is not easily found outside or even inside Japan.
We are honored to work with Kiyoharu Tsuji. This talented producer uses only organic fertilizers and limits use of pesticides to a minimum without sacrificing the quality of his Matcha. Tsuji San is a celebrated tea master in Japan and it’s no surprise he is the most awarded by the Japanese Government for his craft.
